Chile -- 2004 Selected Issues Paper
Report that furthers consultations of Article IV, that present an analysis on issues related to: (1) adequate level of international reserves; (2) hedging mechanisms for international exchange risks; (3) experience with inflation-indexed bonds; and (4) evolution of trend GDP.

Financial Sector Assesment Program (FSAP)
A joint initiative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank that provides their member countries with a extensive assessment of: (1) the strengths and weaknesses of their respective financial systems; (2) the manner risk factors are managed; (3) the needs of technical assistance; and (4) recommendations to strengthen the system.

Financial System Stability Assessment (FSSA)
The FSSA, a part of the FSAP, is prepared by a technical team of the IMF. The FSSA is intended to assess risks to macroeconomic stability from the financial sector and the sector s capacity to absorb macroeconomic shocks.
